Backyard Micro Wedding in Arroyo Grande, CA

October 4, 2021

Have you been considering downsizing your wedding, but don’t want to go as private as an elopement? Then a micro wedding may be the perfect fit for you! This term has been a popular buzz-word in the wedding industry lately, and refers to an intimate event with typically with no more than 50 guests. Micro weddings still feature many time-honored traditions you’re familiar with such as cake-cutting and dancing, but on a much smaller scale. Planning a micro wedding allows you to have the best of both worlds: a smaller, often less expensive event that still feels like a memorable celebration with friends and family.

Sinead and Teyvon held their micro wedding in November 2020 in the backyard of a quaint 5 acre AirBnB farmhouse in Arroyo Grande, CA. The property is enclosed by trees for a peaceful, private feel, and the house features 8 beds for your family or bridal party to stay in. Fall weather on the Central Coast is beautiful, and we were able to enjoy warm sunshine during the day for the ceremony before things cooled off in the evening.
