Angelica and Andrew were married and sealed at the Los Angeles Temple on a warm, sunny day in June. It was the perfect picture of a summer wedding in Southern California! Flowers were blooming and palm trees were swaying in the breeze with clear skies all around. Family and close friends surrounded us, and you could feel the love and excitement for the new couple.
After their sealing ceremony, we headed to DTLA for a luncheon in the lush backyard of a modern-styled home in the area. It was a quiet, close-knit gathering, with relatives giving heartfelt toasts and speeches. We dined on scrumptious tacos and other Mexican fare from Blue Plate Taco in Santa Monica, and topped it off with a delicious wedding cake featuring different layers of coconut, lavender, and lemon flavors.
